At the Library: Snacks and meals offered for kids through Second Harvest The Advocate The New Orleans Public Library has begun offering after-school snacks and meals for youth in partnership with Second Harvest Food Banks' Kids Café program. The program is being offered at the following locations on a first-come, first-served basis.
